Calls for expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for a future Contract Notice opportunity to carry out the servicing and maintenance of Handheld Fire Fighting Equipment within Dumfries and Galloway Council Public Buildings. The contract will comprise of Planned & Reactive maintenance works to Handheld Fire Fighting Equipment and be let as a whole on a semi comprehensive basis covering servicing of all Fire Extinguishers, Fire Blankets and any other equipment deemed included within this contract. The current prosperity portfolio comprises of approximately 400 public buildings including Council H.Q, schools, offices, libraries, community centres, day care centres, children’s homes, sports pavilions, stores, museums, recycling centres, town halls, special needs day centres, cleansing depots adult and resource centres. This opportunity is a Fixed Term for 3 years with an option to extend by 1 further year, anticipated to commence 01st August 2027 . This is subject to change and satisfactory performance and budget availability and at the discretion of Dumfries & Galloway Council.” Lot 1: Measured Term Contract for Servicing & Maintenance of Hand Held Fire Fighting Equipment within Dumfries and Galloway Council Public Buildings.
