Research contract to update the Housing for Varying Guidance. The research will involve review of the current guidance, other relevant good practice, public consultation responses and stakeholder engagement. The research will produce updated guidance that will be published by Scottish Government. Lot 1: The Scottish Government intends to undertake a procurement exercise to source external support to contribute to the delivery of the strategic programme of work. The requirement will be let as an open procurement via the Public Contracts Scotland Tender (PCS‑T) system, with publication of the contract notice planned for 16 June 2026. Further details, including full specification, evaluation criteria, and contract terms, will be made available within the procurement documentation at the contract notice stage.
