Tender description

This is a direct appointment under the ESPO Consultancy Services Framework Agreement (Reference 664_25), Lot 5 (Highways, Traffic and Transport Consultancy Services). It is a three year contract to allow the Estates projects team to call-off the services of the supplier as and when required. The contract covers a range of consultancy services in support of the Spine Road upgrade and any other University Project, to include, project management, quantity surveying, and other consultancy requirements for pedestrian and transport route planning or improvements across the University.
