Tender description

Queen’s invites tenders from experienced licencing consultants. The successful Supplier will manage, negotiate and draft the University’s commercial agreements (including but not limited to licence agreements, assignments, options, Material Transfer Agreements (MTA) Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), joint agreements, collaboration agreements) of which there will be on average 20 to 25 per month. <br /><br />The Supplier will be the main point of contact for all licence related drafting requests and coordinate external contractors contracted for the provision of Intellectual Property Services as and when required. <br /><br />Furthermore, the Supplier will manage the licence portfolio and advise academic colleagues on commercial projects, and work closely with directorate colleagues in the Innovation Programmes, Business Alliance, and QUBIS teams. <br />
