Tender description

The University of the West of England (UWE) is issuing this tender for the provision of Cleaning Services. This procurement opportunity is divided into 6 lots as specified below: 1 Cleaning of all Centre for Sport (CFS) spaces, includes routine cleaning, heavy usage of communal/sporting areas, specialist sports hall, gym facilities, plus Christmas & Summer deep cleans. 2 Frenchay Campus cleaning of Halley Nursery, Subcontractor site offices, Morrisons shop floor & Onezone servery. 3 Bower Ashton & Spike Island Campus, Cleaning of gallery area, classrooms, computer rooms, office areas, communal areas, refectory areas, toilets and workshops. 4 Arnolfini & Bush House includes cleaning of toilets, auditorium, light studio, dark studio, galleries 2, 3 and 4, dressing rooms and back stage. 5 Specialist quarterly deep cleaning at catering sites across the 3 University campuses. 6 Adhoc University Cleaning at all sites across the University Estate, includes cleaning of all spaces across the university campuses ## Contract award Title: Lot 1 - Frenchay Campus Centre For Sport Lots: - Lot LOT-0001: Frenchay Campus - Centre for Sport ## Contract award Title: Lot 4 - City Campus Lots: - Lot LOT-0004: City Campus ## Contract award Title: Lot 5 - Specialist Catering Deep Cleaning - Frenchay, Glenside & Bower Ashton Campuses Lots: - Lot LOT-0005: Specialist Catering Deep Cleaning - Frenchay, Glenside and Bower Ashton Campuses ## Contract award Lots: - Lot LOT-0002: Frenchay Campus - Lot LOT-0003: Bower Ashton Campus ## Contract award Lots: - Lot 6: All UWE Campuses - Adhoc
