Tender description

Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified provider to deliver an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) service for eligible adults resettling in Herefordshire. THE COUNCIL HAS DECIDED TO DISCONTINUE THIS PROCUREMENT DUE TO A CHANGE IN SCOPE FOLLOWING TENDER CLOSURE. OUR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REVIEWED TO ENSURE THEY ARE PROPORTIONATE TO MARKET CONDITIONS AND TO HELP SUPPORT EFFECTIVE COMPETITION. THE OPPORTUNITY WILL BE RE-PROCURED IN DUE COURSE.
