Tender description

The contract is for the provision of Phase 1 of a new surface level car park of 93 spaces with 1.1 M. high paladin perimeter fence and amenity lighting for Leafair Community Centre and playing fields. Development includes a new vehicular access on Lenamore Road, Derry with automatic barrier, signage, and a new ramped access and steps to the Community Centre. ICT will include the following consultants and services as a minimum: • Lead Consultant (Civil Engineer or NEC 4 Project Manager) • NEC 4 Project Manager • Landscape Architect • Civil Engineer • Principal Designer • Site Supervisor • Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor • Any other consultant the Lead Consultant deems necessary to complete the scope of services required for the successful completion of this commission. The commission will comprise all services necessary to deliver Phase 1 of the project from the current RIBA stage 4. Your submission must be submitted via EtendersNI, via this CFT.
