Quick Quote Provision of a Cloud-Based NEC Contract Management System

Tender description

Government Transformation Services (GTS), a Division of the Cabinet Office, is a shared service providing the full range of IT services to all areas of the Isle of Man Government.<br /><br />On behalf of the Department of Infrastructure (the Department), GTS is seeking quotations from suitably experienced suppliers for the supply, implementation and support of a cloud-based construction contract management system capable of administering NEC3 and NEC4 contracts across multiple concurrent projects.<br /><br />The Department manages a portfolio of highway, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects delivered primarily under NEC forms of contract, and seeks a digital, event driven solution to improve contractual compliance, transparency, and governance across its construction portfolio for all projects exceeding £100,000.<br /><br />The planned term of any resultant agreement is for an initial period of five (5) years.<br /><br />The attached documents consist of:<br /><br />- Portal - Doc 1 - GTS-1268 NEC contracts Final.docx<br />- Portal - Doc 2 - GTS Standard Agreement.docx<br />- Portal - Doc 3 - GTS-1268 Appendix 1 Costs<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Tuesday 26th May 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Tuesday 2nd June 2026, and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above-mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
