Tender description

Lime mortar repair and reharling works in accordance with Scottish Lime Centre Report AP 4216, including removal of existing roughcast, preparation of masonry, application of NHL 3.5 lime pointing and multi-coat render system, installation of approved windows/doors, internal insulation works, and compliance with weather protection and water safety requirements. Lot 1: Extension of the existing lodge to form a kitchen and shower room, including associated drainage works and provision of two car parking spaces.
