Tender description

This contract is to appoint a suitably qualified and demonstrably independent Designated Person to provide independent assurance directly to the Duty Holder that the Marine Safety Management System (MSMS) is working effectively and that the organisation is meeting the relevant requirements of the Port Marine Safety Code (PMSC) and associated good practice. Securing a provider who can attend on island at short notice to support audits, investigations, incident reviews, and Duty Holder assurance activity where required, while also strengthening marine safety governance through provision of PMSC Duty Holder training.
