Tender description
The London Borough of Merton (“the Council”) is seeking to undertake a procurement exercise for the appointment of an ‘Expert’ Surveyor to undertake an Expiry Survey for four secondary schools from Autumn 2026. The Council would like to gain a perspective from suitably experienced organisations as to the provision of the services required of the Expert and has prepared a set of questions to this end in relation to which we are seeking responses from organisations such as yourselves.
