Tender description
Ochil View Housing Association intend to engage a contractor to carry out the building works to extend the existing property at 73 Ladywell Crescent,Tullibody. The extension will provide a bedroom & Wet Room ensuite to the rear of the dwelling. Works will be carried out with the tenants in situ. Lot 1: - Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and tender responses (single stage procurement) received and evaluated. - Obtaining and assessing references. - Interviews (if required) - Appointment of successful contractor. Final appointment will require approval from the Association’s Board.
