JHG - Office Cleaning (Tameside) Contract 2026-2028

Tender description

The service provider shall be required to have the skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications necessary to deliver a first-class office cleaning provision in two of our main offices with the potential to add satellite workplaces in Tameside to the contract in the future. Cavendish 249, Cavendish Street, Ashton-u-Lyne OL6 7AT Globe Lane Depot, Outram Road, Globe Lane Industrial Estate, Dukinfield SK16 4XP Jigsaw Homes Group are looking for one service provider to deliver this contract. The successful service provider will be expected to mobilise to our timescale and be operational by the 1st September 2026, please refer to Section 1.11 the Tender Process Summary below for more details. The contract period is for four years on a 2, +1, +1 basis. An annual review will be conducted every year. As long as good performance is maintained in line with the agreed KPI’s, the contract will continue into the next year for a total of four years. Price 60%/Quality 40% to include 10% Interview.
