Pre-Market Engagement In-Person Event CHOICE, INDEPENDENCE AND COMMUNITY LIVING FRAMEWORK Wirral Borough Council has recently invited submissions in response to pre-market engagement questionnaires to inform the proposed establishment of the “Choice, Independence and Community Living Framework.” Related engagement activities include: • Short Breaks for Adults with Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and/or Autism (DN792920) • Short Breaks for Adults with Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and/or Autism (DN796152) • Modernisation of Community-Based Day Opportunities for Adults (18+) – Wirral Adult Social Care (DN796354) • Soft Market Testing Questionnaire – Choice, Independence and Community Living Framework (DN816091) The questionnaire(s) indicated that, should a face-to-face engagement session be required, further details would be provided. This notice is to inform and invite the market to attend an in-person engagement event: Date: 3 July 2026 Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm Venue: Wallasey Town Hall Civic Hall & Round Room 3 Brighton Street Wallasey, Wirral CH44 8ED *Please report to reception on arrival, where you will be directed accordingly. Please confirm your attendance by responding to wirralcontractsteam@wirral.gov.uk. You will receive an email confirmation if you are allocated a space. During the event, we will share our vision and provide guidance to support providers in preparing for the application process. We also welcome your feedback and expertise to help us commission high-quality services that meet the needs of Wirral residents. Any presentations or materials shared during the session will be circulated following the event. Non-attendance at this event will not preclude organisations from future engagement activities or any potential tendering opportunities.
