Tender description

Lot 1: The provider is a NHS Foundation Trust, providing acute health care services including, but not limited to, Commissioner Requested Services (CRS) / Essential Services and specialised services. The provider is the only provider capable of delivering the services due to the nature of those health care services. Additional funding from NHS SEL ICB added to the Contract Value brings the revised annual total Contract Value to £1,211,554,000. Under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Regulations 2023, there is no formal procurement challenge or standstill period applicable to this contract modification. Any concerns regarding the decision-making process should be raised promptly in accordance with the NHS South East London Integrated Care Board's internal governance procedures.
