Tender description

A new contract for the provision of care and support at Elva Court in Bexhill, East Sussex is required to start 16 November 2027. Elva Court provides both short and long term support for people experiencing mental distress. The building consists of 14 self-contained flats, each with its own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The staff work alongside each resident to agree a care plan tailored to meet each individual's needs. Staff support each individual to lead their own care and support and to achieve their own personal goals, which could include: finding employment, gaining work experience or building their skills and confidence. The procurement process proposed is a light touch open tender, however this may change following the procurement options assessment.
