The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is to seek input from potential suppliers to understand the capability and current capacity of the market to deliver integrated digital solution(s) to support the delivery of Adult Social Care Internal Provision services, and at what high level indicative costs. The City of Wolverhampton (CWC) is seeking to explore: The functionality and maturity of available solutions including any integration issues applicable The ability of systems to operate across multiple care delivery models Other critical non-functional aspects at this stage such as in relation to implementation / onboarding approaches, ongoing support resource, offboarding process and scalability.
