Tender description

The Former Johnsons site on Mildmay Road, Bootle, has planning permission for apartments and houses. The site was originally a dye works circa 1908 that later became Johnson’s Dyers and Cleaners’ Head Quarters until early 2000s. It is proposed that EPG are commissioned to undertake the initial internal vapour monitoring phase, analysis and subsequent risk assessment along with supporting the support the work of the Johnsons Incident Management Team (JIMT).
