Tender description

Please note, a site visit is mandatory, suppliers will be excluded if they are unable to attend. If you wish to attend a site visit, please ensure you contact keith.black@clanmil.org.uk before the 20th May 2026 to confirm. A site visit will be facilitated on the Friday 22nd May 2026, between 11am and 1pm. Clanmil require a suitably qualified supplier to undertake the removal of existing ceramic tiling to external walkways and replacement with new slip-resistant ceramic tiling. Works will also include replacement of PVC panelled, new enclosure for incoming water mains, external decoration, rainwater goods, upstands, flashings, etc.
