The Improvement Service, on behalf of the Solace/IS transformation programme are seeking to contract an independent consultant to interview each of the 32 local authority Digital Leads to understand their digital roadmap and future plans for their local authority and to gain a sense of each local authority’s level of maturity against the 8 pillars in the digital to-be state schematic. Lot 1: The Solace/IS Transformation programme is supporting all councils in Scotland to work together towards a blueprint for the council of the future. The programme is complex but by working collaboratively it will enable the sector to address collective challenges. There is no single view of the digital landscape for the sector. Previous attempts have been made but information is now outdated.
