PROVISION OF MICE [MEETINGS, INCENTIVES, CONFERENCES, AND EXHIBITIONS TOURISM] EVENT SPECIALIST SERVICES IN THE DACH MARKET

Tender description

Tourism Ireland requires the services of a MICE Event Specialist for the provision of project management, PR activities, newsletters, research and recruitment for B2B platforms in the DACH market. The appointed supplier will organise and deliver MICE related activities in the DACH market including: • Live events • Virtual events including sourcing suitable platforms • Technical Support for all events i.e. live and virtual • Lead generation • Issuing invites and follow up surveys • Research suitable venues • Content generation . Tourism Ireland’s detailed requirements are set out in the Specification Document. The Contract Period will be for up to a maximum term of five [5] years. The option to renew annually will be at Tourism Ireland’s discretion and will be based on budget availability, annual performance review and other factors. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in July 2026. Please note, this opportunity will be notified to local suppliers in the DACH market.
