The contract will provide employees with access to preventative healthcare benefits, wellbeing support, confidential counselling services, and digital health services via a user-friendly online and mobile platform. The successful provider will be required to deliver a comprehensive, accessible, and value-for-money solution, including claims administration, employee engagement support, management information reporting, and ongoing account management services.
