This will supplement our in-house team's capacity, allowing us to handle our procurement pipeline efficiently while ensuring full compliance with whg's Procurement and Contract Management Policy, Procurement Regulations, robust risk management, value for money, and successful contract outcomes. The engagement will focus on providing extra resource and advisory input where internal capability is stretched.
