Monaghan County Council wishes to tender for: A Main Contractor for the construction of Rockcorry Community Centre

Tender description

The works require the demolition of existing single storey changing facilities and turnstiles. Construction of new two-storey community building, containing a multi-purpose hall, three meeting rooms, ancillary space and replacement changing facilities and turnstiles. It will include for the provision of new site entrance, car parking and hard and soft landscaping, connection to existing watermain and foul main, together with all ancillary and associated site works.
