LA3769C-SETU-CFT for the Supply of an Environmental Chamber

Tender description

South East Technological University request the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of an environmental (climate) chamber specifically designed to allow humans to exercise in a range of environmental conditions for the purposes of research and practice in sport and health. The chamber and integrated control system must enable the safe, accurate and reliable administration of a range of temperatures, humidity levels and simulated altitudes. The chamber will be installed in a pre-defined location in a building which is currently under construction and the supplier will be required to collaborate with both the contracting authority and other appointed contractors during the planning, installation and commissioning phases. A mandatory site visit MUST be completed upon award of this tender. The building is expected to be finished in Summer 2027 however the chamber is to be installed in October 2026 before overall construction has been completed.
