Framework for the call-off provision of Tanker Training Services

Tender description

City of Glasgow College is seeking to establish a multi-lot Framework Agreement for the provision of STCW Tanker Training Services on an as-required basis. The framework will support contingency and supplementary delivery requirements where in-house provision is unavailable or insufficient. Courses include basic and advanced tanker training across four lots Lot 1: Basic Training for Oil, Chemical and Liquefied Gas Tanker Cargo Operations Provision of STCW-compliant Basic Training for Oil, Chemical and Liquefied Gas Tanker Cargo Operations on an as-required basis. Delivery may take place at supplier premises and/or City of Glasgow College premises depending on operational requirements. The successful provider must hold all relevant MCA approvals and suitably qualified instructors. Additional information: Requirements will be called off on an ad hoc basis. Lot 2: Advanced Training for Oil Tanker Cargo Operations Provision of STCW-compliant Advanced Training for Oil Tanker Cargo Operations on an as-required basis. Delivery may take place at supplier premises and/or City of Glasgow College premises depending on operational requirements.
