DESIGN AND FACILITATION OF PARTICIPATORY ENGAGEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CLIMATE CHANGE PLAN 2027-2032

Tender description

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Design and Facilitation of Participatory Engagement for the development of the Climate Change Plan 2027-32 to the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture to be carried out between June 2026 and March 2027.<br /><br />The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture is seeking experienced public engagement specialists to support the design and delivery of representative, participatory engagement for the development of the next Climate Change Plan, due to come into effect later in 2027. <br /><br />The Department is committed, as part of the current Climate Change Programme, to maximise social inclusion in policy development, ensuring that people and businesses affected by change are involved in that change. This allows them to better shape plans that are responsive to their recommendations and preferred measures, so emissions targets can be met together. <br /><br />This engagement will help understand public preferences for specific policy options and ensure that the actions taken to meet the emissions targets are informed, fair, and collectively supported.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- Quick Quote - Financial Payments Declaration (Jan 2026)<br />- Standard Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (Mar 2026)<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 22nd May 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 4th June 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned document.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
