Tender description

The contract is awarded for an initial period of 2 years (24 months) -£535,426.76 ex VAT Optional extension for up to 24 months Maximum contract term - 4 years (48 months) The procurement process was supported initially by MCH Procurement, and then MTW Procurement took over as procurement advisors in 2026 to place a new contract, for the Provision of a Medicine Optimisation Prescribing Decision Support System. NHS Kent and Medway ICB's requirement is for a Prescribing Decision Support System,covering the ICB footprint. A call-off process from the NHS SBS framework (SBS10252) was undertaken, involving a mini competition, this was restricted, only allowing suppliers on the framework to participate, to identify the most suitable provider to deliver requirements.
