Tender description

Ceredigion County Council is seeking to procure the services of a qualified and experienced contractor to undertake roofing refurbishment works. The works include the removal of the existing roofing systems to three (3) flat roofs and the installation of the Garlands StressPly Flex Plus System. In addition, works to pitched roof elements will include repairs to gutters and parapets. The Contract will run for an estimated 10 weeks. Only contractors holding current Garland UK Approved Contractor status will be considered eligible for this contract. Proof of approval must accompany the tender. Yn ogystal, bydd gwaith ar elfennau’r to ar oleddf yn cynnwys atgyweirio gwteri a pharapetau. Bydd y Contract yn para am gyfnod amcangyfrifedig o 10 wythnos. Dim ond contractwyr sydd â statws Contractwr Cymeradwy Garland UK cyfredol fydd yn gymwys i’w hystyried ar gyfer y contract hwn. Rhaid cyflwyno prawf o’r gymeradwyaeth gyda’r tendr.
