Luton Rising has redeveloped and upgraded Wigmore Valley Park and as part of the refurbishment is installing a cabin as a cafe; provision with external seating area. The appointed provider will operate the cafe under a concession agreement to meet the demand and grow the opportunity as the use of the park increases.
