Tender description

Delivery of a range of Outward-Bound training activities for Ministry of Defence (MoD) Naval Base Commander (Devonport) apprentices supporting both land and water-based activities including the delivery of an industry recognised Leadership training programme. All activities should support the Knowledge, Skills, Behaviours, (KSB) foundation elements within Skills England apprenticeship programme. Provider must comply with the following: The main campus should be situated within the Southwest region (within 2 hours drive of H.M. Naval Base Devonport, Plymouth PL2 2BG. The company to provide transport for all activities based outside of the main campus. Appropriate accommodation for apprentices (bed/shower/toilet facilities) Separate accommodation for the Early Careers Team/managers-single occupancy rooms Accommodation/venue should be disability compliant (where applicable) Inclusive of meals Food should any meet dietary needs (allergies for example) Wifi connection, and charging points
