The Trustee of the Magnox Group of the ESPS is required, under pension legislation (originally the Pensions Act 1995), to appoint a Scheme Actuary. The current Scheme Actuary is appointed through Aon. This represents the cost associated with the provision of mandatory professional actuarial services to the Trustee.
