QUICK QUOTE - TT GRANDSTAND AND PADDOCK FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT

Tender description

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to supply fire safety equipment to the Department for Enterprise Motorsport Team for the TT and Classic TT / MGP Events. <br /><br />The TT Grandstand and Paddock Complex (TTGPC) does not have the necessary fire safety equipment in place to serve the TT and Classic TT / MGP races. The Department for Enterprise Motorsport Team therefore engages with a fire safety equipment specialist to provide the temporary fire safety equipment for the TTGPC site for the TT and Classic TT / MGP event periods.<br /><br />The service required is provision of fire safety equipment for the TTGPC for the TT and Classic TT / MGP races. The Contractor will enter into the Agreement with the Department for a three-year term encompassing both events per year, with a possible extension of a further two years at the Department’s discretion.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Quick Quote - TTGPC Fire Safety Equipment - Request Document<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Tuesday, 13/01/2025 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Tuesday, 20/01/2025. Your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
