Quick Quote - Provision of Design Services for VillaGaiety Promotional Material

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide graphic design services to the Department of Education, Sport and Culture (Culture Division - VillaGaiety) to be carried out between 2nd February 2026 and 2nd February 2029.<br /><br />The Department of Education, Sport and Culture (DESC) is seeking an experienced graphic design provider to produce artwork for promotional and informational materials in line with current VillaGaiety brand guidelines.<br /><br />The successful supplier will work closely with the VillaGaiety Marketing Manager and Events Team, responding to briefs, meeting deadlines and supporting ongoing campaign activity.<br />Core Deliverables include but are not limited to; <br />• Maintain and develop the VillaGaiety brand identity across all creative outputs<br />• Produce high-quality visuals that support event promotion and departmental objectives<br />• Supply all assets in the required format within agreed timeframes<br />• Provide recommendations to support continuous improvement of brand identity<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document - VG001<br />- Deliverables VillaGaiety Graphic Designer - VG002<br />- Gaiety Theatre Tours Promotional Flyer Example - VG003<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday 19th January 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 23rd January 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
