Groundwater Sampling at the Point of Ayre Landfill sites

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Groundwater Monitoring Samples Collection at the Point of Ayre Landfill Complex to Department of Infrastructure to be carried out between 1st Feb 2026 and 31st Jan 2029.<br /><br />The Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest from a suitably qualified company to undertake groundwater sampling from boreholes in and around four closed and one operational landfill site at the Point of Ayre in the Isle of Man, for the Department of Infrastructure.<br /> <br />The contract will be for a three-year period and the successful company will also be required to undertake surface water sampling and borehole condition monitoring. <br /><br />The samples will be collected from 24 boreholes and a single surface water sample will also be collected. Duplicate samples will be collected at a rate of approximately 10% with a maximum of 2 duplicate samples collected per round. An allowance for the collection of 27 samples should therefore be considered per round. <br /><br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- POA BH GW collection Portal advert Jan 26<br />- POA BH GW monitor2 Appendix A, C-D<br />- POA BH GW monitor2 Appendix B <br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Wednesday 21st Jan 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 23rd Jan 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason.
