Please note, a site visit is mandatory, suppliers will be excluded if they are unable to attend. If you wish to attend a site visit, please ensure you contact ciara.glackin@clanmil.org.uk before the 15th May 2026 to confirm. A site visit will be facilitated on the Tuesday 19th May 2026, between 11am and 3pm. Clanmil require a suitably qualified supplier to undertake the replacement of landlord and domestic lighting systems, including general, emergency and external lighting, electric heating systems, warden call systems and fire alarm systems throughout the development. The works will be undertaken within an occupied residential environment and will include coordination with and integration into existing retained electrical infrastructure. Critical life safety systems shall be maintained in operation throughout the duration of the works.
