The Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is seeking views from current and potential Care at Home service providers to inform future commissioning arrangements in Oban. Lot 1: The Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is seeking views from current and potential Care at Home service providers to inform future commissioning arrangements in Oban. The HSCP is experiencing significant service sustainability challenges and wishes to understand whether alternative contracting or delivery models could realistically address these issues. The HSCP requires to reduce reliance on reactive or contingency arrangements and instead establish a model that is sustainable under normal operating conditions. Responses to the questions in this RFI will help the HSCP to: understand the true constraints on service sustainability from the provider perspective; test provider appetite and capacity for different contractual models and identify whether any option could: 1. End or significantly reduce HSCP reliance on agency staff 2. Improve workforce stability and continuity of care 3. Offer value for money and reduced operational risk for the HSCP. The HSCP is seeking responses by 22nd May 2026.
