Quick Quote Request– Full Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations to various Educational Properties - SSFM 501

Tender description

Please find attached the documentation for a quick quote competition to carry out inspection and testing of the fixed wiring distribution system, including the provision of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). The works are scheduled to take place between Friday 24 July 2026 and Monday 31 August 2026 across various Isle of Man education properties.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- I&T Invite Education 2026<br />- Isle of Man College- Tech Block<br />- Schools List 1 – zip file containing:<br /> o Ballacottier School<br /> o Ballaugh School<br /> o Castletown Youth Centre<br />- Schools List 2 – zip file containing:<br /> o Peel Clothworkers School<br /> o Manor Park School<br /> o Dhoon School<br />- Schools List 3 – zip file containing:<br /> o Ramsey Youth Centre<br /> o St John’s School<br /> o Sulby School<br /><br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Wednesday 13th May 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Wednesday 27th May 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
