Tender description
Provision of PPM, reactive, emergency, and installation services for wastewater, pumping, and associated mechanical and electrical assets, including tankering, temporary pumping solutions, and full asset capture with condition reporting and recommendation The Contract covers the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Repairs, and Installation Services for the following asset types: Water Booster Pumps and associated controls Submersible Foul Wastewater Pumps Surface Water Pump Stations Dry Well Pumps and associated infrastructure (proposed addition — not currently referenced in the contract documents) Grease Traps and Cesspits Private Sewage Infrastructure The Contractor shall provide a 24/7 breakdown and emergency response service throughout the Contract Period, with attendance times classified across four priority levels ranging from 4-hour emergency response through to 20 working day routine repairs. The Contractor shall also provide tankering services, including the removal, transport, and lawful disposal of effluent in full compliance with applicable waste management and environmental regulations. Tankering is classified as a Priority Where appropriate, the Contractor shall provide temporary pumping solutions, including the supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of temporary pumps (proposed addition — not currently referenced in the contract documents). The Contractor is expected to proactively recommend temporary pumping where it represents a clear commercial or operational benefit to Anchor, particularly as a cost-effective alternative to tankering. The service includes asset capture and data management, comprising an initial enhanced service visit to survey and record all in-scope assets, followed by the ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive asset register. All assets shall be tagged with a unique identifying number within the first year of the Contract. The asset register shall capture condition assessments, risk identification, and recommendations for remedial works, lifecycle management, or replacement.
