High level 'Preventative Support Programme Recommissioning' market engagement was undertaken in July 2025, with a focus on crisis prevention and intervention and to understand from the market their view on groups most at risk, effective and affordable models of support to reach numbers with a limited budget, community support available and reaching under-represented groups. The wider Preventative Support Programme engagement looked at service user categories for mental health, learning disabilities, older people, sensory impairment and dementia.
