Includes set up of the service, with additional support for the roll-out of the Calculator if required ? Live messenger within calculator for any queries, staffed during office hours by our team ? Instant updates to the software, including any new features ? Self-serve version(s) added to website, ? Face-to-face/ individual training sessions (excluding travel expenses) for a selected group of super user and also access to training webinars and material for all users ? Small customisations, eg logo, language etc. ? Optional 12 month extension at the same price
