Tender description

On behalf of the Scottish Parliament, an external organisation is required to provide audit and advisory services, working in partnership with the Head of Internal Audit and Officeholders. Lot 1: The SPCB requires a contractor to provide internal audit services for the Scottish Parliament and Officeholders.. The officeholders who can use the contract under the terms of the SPCB are: Scottish Public Services Ombudsman, Scottish Information Commissioner, Children and Young People Commissioner Scotland, Scottish Human Rights Commission, Ethical Standards Commission, Scottish Biometrics Commissioner, The Electoral Management Board for Scotland and Patient Safety Commissioner for Scotland.
