Tender description

The DesignPrint unit provides an in-house design, print and production service for Swansea Council supplying bulk transactional printing for Council Tax, Electoral Registration and daily work such as invoices, pay slips, statements, BACS statements, etc Swansea Council invites you to submit a tender bid to provide Print and Signage where the DesignPrint unit is unable to provide the service internally. Tenderers will be given the opportunity to tender for 8 separate lots Lot 1: Large Print Runs Lot 1 – Large Print Runs (Litho Print Runs i.e. Flyers / Leaflets / Booklets / Magazines / Folders – includes folding and bespoke sizes / NCR) Lot 2: Small Print Runs Lot 2 – Small Print Runs (Digital Short Print Runs i.e. Business Cards / Flyers / Certificates / Posters / Letterheads / Compliment Slips / NCR) Lot 3: Mailing and Mail Merge Lot 3 – Mailing and Mail Merge (variable data i.e. Transactional Printing, Bills and invoices) Lot 4: Printed envelopes Lot 4 – Printed Envelopes (i.e. C5 / C4 / DL Size, with printed Insignia and return address) Lot 5: Large Format Lot 5 – Large Format (i.e. Basic cut vinyl lettering / printed logos / partial wraps / full vehicle wraps / Banners / Exhibition Displays / Vinyl Graphics / Sign Panels / External Sign Panels / Post mounted Signs / Sign Fitting) Lot 6: Promotional Items Lot 6 – Promotional Items (i.e. Pens / Mugs / Lanyards / Clothing / Awards / Umbrellas / Gazebos) Lot 7: Promotional/Branded Clothing Lot 7 – Promotional/Branded Clothing (i.e. Sweatshirts / T-shirts / Protective Clothing / Jackets and Coats) Lot 8: Feather Flags and Mesh Scrim Lot 8 – Feather Flags and Mesh Scrim (i.e. Feather Flags / Mesh Scrim banners)
