Tender description

1.1. The Contracting Authority requires a qualified locksmith to provide 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year Emergency Boarding Up and/or restorative services (“the Services”) across the county of Essex. 1.2. These services are required when Contracting Authority personnel, or other emergency service personnel, acting in support (such as Police and/or Fire), have forcibly entered a property for welfare or other emergency reasons.
