Tender description
Nottinghamshire County Council on Behalf of East Midlands Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) are seeking to commission an experienced consultant through a competitive quote process. ADASS regionally have identified challenges in commissioning cost effective quality support for under 65s with complex support needs The purpose of this commission is to undertake a structured diagnostic that maps current post 18 accommodation and support pathways across the region, identifies gaps, overlaps, and transition risks, and examines how councils, housing partners, and health colleagues work together to support young adults. It is anticipated that the work under this contract will commence in July and will be completed by the end of September 26. For full details please refer to the specification.
