Annual Cleaning of Kitchen Extraction Systems 2026-2028 MTC

Tender description

Cleaning of all kitchen extraction systems including filter cleaning, canopy hood cleaning, fan cleaning and cleaning of external duct work, cowls and or louvres. All works should be in accordance with standards set by BESA and attached ERC specification. This procurement will be conducted via the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender portal (PCS-T). We will apply a one stage Open procedure. Bidders must self-certify their adherence to the conditions of participation via the SPD (Scotland) in PSC-T, and may be required to submit Means of Proof before contract award. Bidders must refer to the specific requirements listed in Section III in this OJEU Contract Notice when completing the SPD in PCS-T. The Value shown in this notice is excluding VAT Lot 1: Cleaning of all kitchen extraction systems including filter cleaning, canopy hood cleaning, fan cleaning and cleaning of external duct work, cowls and or louvres. All works should be in accordance with standards set by BESA and ERC specification. It is anticipated that all work will be carried out during normal working hours. There are 46 properties which will require an annual clean of the kitchen canopies. Most of the properties have just 1nr kitchen canopy and a few with 2nr canopies. Thus, the contract includes circa 50nr kitchen canopy cleans at 46nr different addresses per annum.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
