The undertaking of an unmet demand survey and an ISP based detailed disability survey and detailed analysis. This includes -Detailed observation of rank activity, including any incidences of passenger waiting. · Comprehensive and documented consultation with the public, licensed vehicle trades and stakeholders · Detailed repeat of industry structure as undertaken in 2020 to identify how the industry seeks to operate (level of owner-drivers, company structures, etc, all of which impact on the supply levels to the public) · Analysis of data collected with focus on corroboration between different information sources and comparison with historic data to evaluate trends and facilitate forecasts and recommendations. · Provision of results and recommendations, through a high-level executive summary (suitable for circulation in committee reports) and a detailed report with data presented in tabulated and graphical formats. · Detailed inclusive service plan (ISP) style disability survey and to analyse its information.
