Tender description
Rutland County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling Showpeople Accommodation Assessment (GTTSAA). The study will provide an up-to-date assessment of current and future accommodation needs across Rutland for the period 2026–2046, in accordance with national planning policy and guidance. The findings will directly inform Local Plan policy development, including pitch and plot targets, five-year supply calculations, and the identification of longer-term accommodation provision.
