North Northamptonshire Council Provision of Educational Support Services

Tender description

This Service Specification outlines the scope and minimum standards expected of all Providers providing education support services to children and young people aged 0 to 25 in North Northamptonshire Council (Hereafter known as “The Council”). These services are intended to support children and young people aged 0 to 25 where the Council has identified a need for additional educational support. This includes those with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), as well as a broader group of individuals with identified educational needs. The Lots initially to be procured are below: Lot 1 - Educational Psychology Lot 2 - Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) Lot 3 - Occupational and Sensory Therapy Lot 4 - Tuition Lot 5 - Alternative Provision The Service is required to provide educational support services that ensure children and young people receive timely, high-quality education support services that enable them to reach their full potential. Service outcomes the Provider will be measured against may include: • Improved educational attainment and progress for children and young people. • Increased engagement and attendance in education settings. • Enhanced communication, social, emotional, and independence skills. • Timely delivery of assessments and interventions within agreed timescales. • Positive feedback from children, families, and schools.
