Tender description

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to undertake the replacement of the roof at Marown Primary School to be carried out between end of July 2026 and 1st September 2026.<br />The roof works comprise the removal of the existing roof covering as identified on the attached drawings, removal of the existing capping feature and extension of the existing roof structure, installation of a new roof covering, replacement of soffits and fascias, and renewal of rainwater goods.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- Plans (Zip file containing)<br /> • 24_860_01 – Location Plan – Tender<br /> • 24_860_02 – Existing Site Plan – Tender<br /> • 24_860_03 – Existing Floor Plans – Tender<br /> • 24_860_04 – Existing Outline Elevations<br /> • 24_860_05 A – Existing Roof Plan Phasing- Tender<br /> • 24_860_06 – Proposed Roof Plan Phasing – Tender<br /> • 24_860_07 – Proposed Outline Elevation – Tender<br />- PTP – Marown School Roof<br />- Prelims and Schedule of Works<br />- Marown School Roof, Asbestos Survey<br />- PlanMaster Document <br />- Redland-Technical-Data-Sheet-Regent<br />- JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016 (Specimen)<br />- Minor Works Marown Final<br />- Marown CP’s Final<br /><br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on [INSERT DATE] and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on [INSERT DATE] and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
